### What we like

Adds fault tolerance and high availability on top of SQLite. Supports queued async writes. Configurable read consistency. Easy to start a cluster which can configure itself automatically. Can automatically backup to S3 compatible storage.

### Tradeoffs

Access must be via a custom HTTP API (or one of the client libraries) to get all the functionality.
