rsync.net is a Unix (ZFS) filesystem over SSH but also supports commands like borg, git, rsync, s3cmd, and now rclone. rclone is a separate open source project that exposes many cloud accounts as filesystems e.g. Google Photos, Dropbox, Azure Blob storage. rsync.net connects directly so you can copy from one to the other without downloading/uploading.
