Console’s review

What we like

ELT-like sync from source(s) to destination(s). Sources can be APIs e.g. AWS or GCP resources, SaaS e.g., HubSpot, PagerDuty, or infra e.g. Terraform, Vercel. Destinations can be databases e.g. Postgres, SQLite, or cloud e.g. S3. Full sync or incremental changes. Typed fields. Option to maintain old records or remove them. Open source.

Tradeoffs

Concurrency may need to be tweaked to avoid rate limits when syncing resources, but this will increase sync times. Incremental sync only supports local state.
