Our review
What we like
If you know jq then you can use jaq to manipulate, process, and work with JSON. Focused on simplicity and correctness, avoiding some of the quirks of jq e.g. some crashes and how numbers are handled. Helps to avoid rounding errors. jaq is written in Rust vs jq written in C.
What we don't like
jaq is missing a few jq features like advanced date/time filters and support for streaming. No Linux packages.
