What we like
Build product (transactional) notifications based on events and advanced workflows. Send messages to the correct channel (email, in-app, SMS, Slack, etc), batching, throttling, avoiding duplicates. Pre-built UI components e.g. feeds (can also be run headless), and native SDKs for most languages. CLI for managing config/workflows locally - (edited in your IDE).
What we don't like
Notification flow configurations exist outside your codebase, although the Knock CLI for local development combined with environments & the commit/push workflow mitigates this.
