What we like
v10 drops CommonJS in favor of ESM-only i.e. modern JS. Introduces support for Svelte, Next 16. Enhanced UI testing. Improved sharing and editing e.g. viewing on mobile, for building and demonstrating UI components.
Tradeoffs
Very heavy on the dependencies and often lags behind the ecosystem e.g. it took a long time for it to support React 19.
