What we like
Describe task steps in YAML and it executes them. Designed to be very simple, but supports advanced features like including other task files, dependencies, variables, platform specific commands. Doesn’t re-run commands if the output hasn’t changed. Easy to install in CI. Single (Go) binary. Open source.
What we don't like
Reports of high CPU usage if watching large numbers of files e.g. a node_modules directory. This is an optional mode used to watch and rerun tasks if the file changes.
