What we like

Connects to cloud & SaaS accounts to analyze & visualize spend. Costs can be allocated down to users, k8s clusters, business groups, etc. Network flow analysis shows AWS ingress/egress costs e.g. how much is Datadog egress costing? Integrates with GitHub, New Relic, Planetscale and others for full infra cost visibility.

Tradeoffs

Some common services aren’t supported yet e.g. OpenAI, Cloudflare, but are on the roadmap. In the meantime you can write custom providers and import cost data.

What we like

Minimal setup required to get detailed cost reports. Breakdowns by service, account, environment, resource. Segment by team and calculate unit costs. Anomaly detection and notifications e.g. weekly Slack reports. Autopilot auto buys, applies, sells reservations to optimize spend. Terraform provider.

Tradeoffs

Would like to see additional integrations for other cloud services. Initial data load can take some time if you have a lot of accounts.
