What we like

Provides a consistent interface on top of Redis, MongoDB or Postgres - focuses on the queue semantics rather than implementing persistence, HA, load balancing. Queues can be managed - insert, schedule, get, remove. Pipelines support atomic workflows across steps.

Tradeoffs

Different backends support different features with performance tradeoffs.
