What we like
Writes go to object storage so you don’t need to manage disks or replication (outside of configuring the storage layer). Reads are cached (including after write, so a read from an write op doesn’t require an additional request). Object storage write latency can be ignored by avoiding await on put (sacrificing durability).
Tradeoffs
Transactions not supported yet. It’s a Rust library without any other language bindings (yet). Minimal documentation.
