What we like

Just use it as a k/v store with commands similar to Redis or create query subscriptions to watch keys. Watching avoids continually polling the database so you can instantly get changes. Supports a range of commands like expiry, checking for existence, increment & decrement. Optimized for modern hardware. Open source.

Tradeoffs

Only the GET command supports watching, others are in development.
