What we like
Makes static binaries for GPU-accelerated code actually work. Makes it easy to build self-contained applications that can benefit from acceleration. Compile to musl, but still use common shared packages.
Tradeoffs
Incomplete ABI coverage: unsupported glibc calls currently abort. Musl has its own compatibility issues.
