Console’s review

· Reviewed by David Mytton

What we like

Syncs data to the browser in real time whilst storing it centrally in the database. Queries are reactive by default and have React Hooks to subscribe to changes. Works offline with a built-in CRDT so changes are synced back with conflict resolution. Code-based schemas in TS with auto migrations. Built-in admin dashboard.

Tradeoffs

Uses memory storage for the local cache by default - you need to specifically change it to use something like IndexedDB if you want unsynced changes to persist across page refresh or close.
